Home of the Loon Preservation Committee, the Loon Center is located on the 200 acre Markus Wildlife Sanctuary, which offers walking trails along 5,000 feet of undeveloped shoreline on Lake Winnipesaukee.

The Loon Center offers educational exhibits, videos and The Loon's Feather Gift Shop, selling "all things loon and more!" Admission is Free. Open Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm year-round; 7 days July-Columbus Day. From Route 25 in Moultonborough, turn on Blake Road to Lee's Mills Road and follow the signs.
